Morrison exhibits high level leadership traits on and off the course. He has led the Coyotes to a remarkable transformation of team culture. A leader is someone who knows how to help others as well as themselves. Morrision displays that everyday in practice crushing workouts and encouraging his teammates. After finishing first at the season opener, he immediately ran to the backside of the course to cheer on teammates still racing. That's leadership that can't be coached.
